Best time to visit: Zünheboto District 


Summer months,  April to October are best time for visiting the Zünheboto, because good temperatures and lush, green surroundings. Monsoon season, may experience flooding and heavy rainfall from June to September. During the winter months of November to March, temperatures can drop to 0°C or lower.

How to reach Zünheboto 


Nearest airport is Dimapur Airport, which is 104 kilometres away from the Zünheboto District. The best way to get to Zünheboto District is by car. We can take a bus or a taxi from Dimapur Airport to Zünheboto District. Trains can also take us to the Zünheboto District. The nearest railway station is about 90 miles away, at Mariani Junction.
